    Complete the Cardholder Non-Fraud Dispute Form to dispute a non-fraudulent transaction on your Debit Mastercard®. The transaction must clear your account first before a dispute can be filed.

Loan Payment Forms

  • Automatic Loan Payment

    Complete the Automatic Loan Payment Form to set up a recurring automatic monthly payment to your AACU loan from your account at another financial institution. You will need the account number and routing number of the financial institution you are withdrawing the payment from to complete this form.

    To make changes to an existing automatic loan payment, complete this form with your updated information and we will make the change for you. Your completed form must be received at least 3 business days prior to the payment process date.

  • Automatic Loan Payment Cancellation

    Complete the Automatic Loan Payment Cancellation Form to stop your recurring automatic monthly payment to your AACU loan. To cancel an automatic loan payment, your completed form must be received at least 3 business days prior to the payment process date.

Premium Overdraft Service Opt-Out Form

  • Premium Overdraft Service Opt-Out

    Complete the Premium Overdraft Service Opt-Out Form or call us at 800.223.1983, if you would like to opt-out of Premium Overdraft Service on your AACU account. By opting out of Premium Overdraft Service, transactions may be declined, resulting in additional fees.

Travel Alert Form

  • Travel Alert

    Complete the Travel Alert Form if you plan to travel out of your home state or abroad and plan to use your AACU debit card or AACU debit card with ATM access only while traveling. A travel alert helps minimize the chances of your debit card being declined for unusual activity. Your travel alert will be linked to your AACU debit card or AACU debit card with ATM access only within two business days of receiving your completed form. This alert will stay linked to your account for the amount of time you specified on your form. If for any reason you need to change the dates of your alert, submit a new form with the new dates, or contact us at 719.593.8600 or 800.223.1983, and we will make that change for you.
