John joined Air Academy Credit Union in March 2020 to launch the commercial lending program after many years as a top-producing commercial lender in the Colorado Springs area. In addition to financial services, his experience in business development and relationship management makes him a perfect fit to lead the credit union's expansion of business services in the years ahead. John has a passion for creating a client experience that exceeds all expectations and gaining members for life. No two business stories are the same, and John loves helping entrepreneurs, and business owners along their journey. Cammie joined Air Academy Credit Union in January of 2023 to help expand the Business Services division. She has been in the financial services industry for over 18 years. She enjoys building relationships with members and helping them achieve their business goals. Her focus is to always provide an outstanding member service experience. Cammie graduated with honors from The University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1997 with a B.S. in Marketing. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family traveling, camping, hiking, and kayaking. Her favorite quote to live by is “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t-you’re right.”-Henry Ford
Jim joined Air Academy Credit Union in March 2022 to serve our membership after 25-plus years in Commercial Lending along the Front Range. In addition to financial services, his experience in teaching and relationship management makes him a perfect fit to support the credit union's expansion of business services. Jim has a passion for building client relationships that foster economic prosperity and gain members for life. Jim enjoys playing golf, bike riding, and traveling with his family.
Jared Chagolla has worked in the commercial lending industry since 2017. He has a degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and a minor in economics from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. After graduating, Jared began his career with Ford Motor Credit Company. In 2022, Jared transitioned from the commercial automotive industry to work as an analyst with Air Academy Credit Union. Jared is a Colorado Springs native and is passionate about serving his local business community.
Ty Steffler has been at Air Academy Credit Union since 2021. Coming from Commercial lending, he has recently transitioned to this new role to help build the right solutions for all of our business members. His passion is to help aspiring business owners build and grow the businesses of their dreams. Ty originally grew up in Michigan and in a past life was an outdoor educator in Washington, Wyoming, and Kentucky. Lately, he enjoys spending his free time climbing, backpacking, and taking photos on the streets of Denver.
Stephen Blunt has worked in Financial Services for the better part of a decade. He brings his diverse background and expert investigative skills to find optimal solutions for our members. He is an active member of several veteran organizations and spends most of his free time with his family enjoying the outdoors. He also loves learning about anything and everything to one day become a trivia master!
